Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.

This ensures you are able to utilize the entire allotted duration of your recovery service, and prepare/set up for your appointment.

• We provide filtered reverse osmosis alkaline water in your rooms and provide glass jars for you to use. 
• Please do not bring the jars into the sauna as the wood can be damaged.
• Feel free to take a break in your sauna session and hydrate.

NO PLASTIC is allowed in any infrared saunas.

Sweat Equity Infrared Saunas will not be held responsible for the loss of clients personal hygiene items (soaps/sponges/loofas) and/or undergarments left behind due to health/sanitary procedures.

Please make sure you take ALL of your belongings of this nature with you when you exit the room.

Cancellation Policy

We are so happy to deliver top of the line Infrared Sauna and recovery services to you – due to limited appointment times, please be advised that we have a high demand for the use of our services. In order to maintain a set schedule and happy clients, we have implemented a no-show/late cancellation policy.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. To ensure that we can serve everyone effectively, we have implemented a new cancellation policy for our two most booked services, Contrast Therapy and the Large Infrared Sauna w/Red Light Tower.

If an appointment is canceled/rescheduled at least four hours in advance, there will be no charge. However, if cancelled or rescheduled within four hours of your appointment, the full price of the service will be charged. If you have a package, the service will pull from the package. This also applies to No-Shows.
