Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment/class time.

This ensures you are able to utilize the entire allotted duration of your sauna session, and prepare/set up for your class.

  • We provide filtered reverse osmosis alkaline water in your rooms and provide glass jars for you to use. 
  • Please do not bring the jars into the sauna as the wood can be damaged.
  • Feel free to take a break in your sauna session and hydrate.

NO PLASTIC is allowed in any infrared saunas.

Sweat Equity Infrared Saunas will not be held responsible for the loss of clients personal hygiene items (soaps/sponges/loofas) and/or undergarments left behind due to health/sanitary procedures.

Please make sure you take ALL of your belongings of this nature with you when you exit the room.

Cancellation Policy

We are so happy to deliver top of the line Infrared Sauna services to you – due to limited class spots and saunas, please be advised that we have a high demand for the use of our services. In order to maintain a set schedule and happy clients we have implemented a no-show/late cancellation policy.

A client is required to cancel his/her class time or appointment 4 hours BEFORE the set appointment/class time. If the client no-shows for the set class time/appointment, the client will lose the session and be charged a non-refundable $10 no-show fee – regardless of membership/package status.

Don’t fret! Clients who make cancellations or reschedule 4 hours or more in advance of set class time/appointment may keep the session and not be charged.
